The 2021年美国救援计划法案 (3/11/2021) provides additional relief to address the continued impact of COVID-19 (i.e., 2019冠状病毒病)对经济的影响, public health, 州和地方政府, individuals, and businesses. The historic passage of the American Rescue Plan – a $40 billion investment in higher education will provide institutions of higher education with the financial support and resources needed to mitigate challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
