If you have previously taken the TSI and need to submit scores to  NLC please complete the 跨机构报告表格，这允许NLC提取您以前的成绩报告. 一旦我们拿到你的分数，我们会跟进你的下一个 注册步骤. 

大学 Board Accuplacer provides Examity as the online proctor services for the TSI Assessment so students may take it from home. 东北湖景学院's 评估中心 only provides the voucher needed to take the TSI with Examity.  Please note TSI exam voucher requests may be submitted 24 hours a day but will only be processed during scheduled office hours. Requests submitted after hours will be processed the following business day.

If you would like to pursue the Examity option, use the following steps as your guide:

  • Desktop computer or laptop (tablets, Chromebooks and cell phones do not meet requirements)

• It is the student’s responsibility to verify that they meet all technical requirements. 
• Before scheduling your appointment with Examity, you will need a voucher number.

第四步:在你的预约日期

你需要携带以下物品:

• 食物、饮料、计算器和休息时间.

• You will be asked to show both sides of your scratch paper to the proctor at the beginning and end of your test session.

注意:考试可能有额外的要求, be sure to communicate with them to determine what those requirements may be. 

第五步:测试之后

评估 & 课程考试中心 at NLC offers proctoring services for distance-learning students from other institutions and community members seeking certain professional certifications and licensure. 

Exams can be taken via computer or paper, t在这里 is a $20 proctoring fee for each test administered. 所有测试均需预约，如欲预约，请浏览我们的 调度页面. Once we receive your appointment request we will follow up with you via email, your appointment is not considered confirmed until you recieve notification from us.
